He served in Malaysian Armed Forces in various places including Pusat Pergigian Angkatan Tentera (PGAT) Kem KEMENTAH and PGAT Kem Sri Kinabatangan, Sandakan from 2011-2013. Retired as Kapten (B) Dr. Ahmad Hafiz in 2014. Worked as general dental practitioner in private sector before opening own dental clinic Klinik Pergigian Prima Senawang in Dec 2016. Specializes in Orthodontic Treatment as he completed American Clinical Orthodontics Training Program at New York University in 2019.

Served as Dental Officer in Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia from 2011-2020 where i served in various places including Klinik Pergigian Segamat, Klinik Pergigian Kajang and Klinik Pergigian Bandar Sri Putra. Received 1 year of clinical training from Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor and the Department of Pediatrics Dentistry, HSA Johor. Also completed clinical training in orthodontic from Department of Othodontic Specialist, KP Jalan Mahmoodiah, Johor. Specializes in Aesthetic Dentistry and Denture Fabrication.
